Night one, Ta' Qali. Tens of thousands of voices carry Someone You Loved back at Lewis Capaldi, and the island sings like one room. Four nights later the same ground shakes to a different pulse: Calvin Harris, lasers over the concert area, dance anthems until the small hours. Two giants of modern music, one island in August, and a brief to match: cover it all.

For the seventh edition of SummerDaze Malta, the festival's biggest yet, Koala delivered the full content operation across both headline events, on the ground, in the air, and in the edit.

Content at festival speed. On both nights our teams worked the site from gates to encore. Photography for live social content, stage and crowd moments published while the sets were still playing, and next day recaps ready before the island had finished talking about the night before. Between the two events, the recap content kept the festival's momentum alive across the four day gap.

From the air. Drone coverage gave the festival its sense of scale: the crowds of Ta' Qali against the lights, the geometry of the concert area, an island gathered in one place. The aerials became the campaign's signature frames.

The aftermovie. The final deliverable was the hardest one. One film, two musical languages. Capaldi's night is intimacy at scale, tens of thousands singing every word. Harris's night is pure kinetic energy. The aftermovie blends both into a single arc, cutting the emotion of night one into the euphoria of night two, scored so the transition feels inevitable rather than stitched. Not two recaps joined together. One production with two heartbeats.
