Ta' Qali, mid August. Fifteen thousand phones in the air, David Guetta on the decks, and somewhere in the pit a camera already moving the moment to the feed. At a festival, content does not wait for the morning after.
When SummerDaze Malta 2025 brought three days of world class acts to the island, Central Cee, Mabel, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello, David Guetta, Becky Hill, Bob Sinclar, Koala was entrusted with the festival's social media content. The job was simple to say and relentless to do: keep the festival's channels alive for three days straight, at the speed of the crowd.
Social first, by design. Festival social is its own craft. Vertical from the first frame, cut for sound off, built to be reposted. We planned each day like a broadcast schedule: arrival energy in the afternoon, headliner peaks at night, recap edits before the site gates opened again.
Content at crowd speed. Shooting, selecting and publishing in the same hour. Stage moments, crowd reactions, the golden hour over Ta' Qali, artists arriving, the details that make a festival feel like a place and not just a lineup. The best moments were live while the set was still playing.
Three days, one narrative. Each day carried its own colour, from day one's rap and Swedish house royalty to Guetta's headline night to the final day's Italian takeover. The feed told it as one continuous story, giving fans at home a reason to be there next year and fans on site a reason to share.
Three days of music. A feed that played every set.
